WRAZIGHT Terms of Service — Bench Rules

These Bench Rules apply when you visit wrazight.com, browse products, create an account, request support, or submit an order. “WRAZIGHT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of this online store; “you” means the visitor or customer. Store use indicates acceptance of these Terms and the policies linked from the homepage and checkout. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in force.

Rule 01 — work with accurate details

Use the store only for lawful purposes and only if you can form a binding agreement where you live. If you order for another person or organization, you confirm authority to do so. Supply current contact, delivery, and payment information and keep account credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Rule 02 — read the product card

We aim to describe titles, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, variants, price, availability, and included pieces accurately. Screen settings, studio light, styling, and photography can change how color, shine, texture, or scale appears. Nail lamps, press-ons, adhesives, wigs, training heads, storage bags, and personal-care accessories must be used according to the item instructions. Store copy is general information, not medical or professional advice, and does not guarantee a result.

Rule 03 — checkout is a request

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. We may verify, accept, limit, cancel, or decline an order because of stock, payment review, suspected fraud, address problems, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or an obvious listing error. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent reasonable review. If a captured order is cancelled, the applicable amount is returned through the original payment method.

Rule 04 — understand the total

Checkout displays the transaction currency and available charges. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, card conversion, or other provider costs may depend on destination. Shopify or another payment provider processes payment under its own terms. You authorize the displayed transaction and remain responsible for charges imposed by a bank, issuer, carrier, customs authority, or other outside party.

Rule 05 — use beauty tools carefully

Before use, review packaging, materials, warnings, patch-test guidance, adhesive directions, heat limits, electrical charging instructions, cleaning steps, and application or removal directions. Stop use if irritation or another unwanted response occurs and seek qualified advice where appropriate. Keep personal-use and reusable products hygienic. Product listings do not replace the label or supplied instructions.

Rule 06 — protect the workbench

Do not disrupt the store, probe security, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse checkout, infringe rights, copy protected materials unlawfully, or use the service for fraud or illegal activity. Original WRAZIGHT storefront copy, graphics, layout, and design belong to us or the relevant rights holder. Third-party apps, marks, payment tools, carriers, and links remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Rule 07 — practical limits

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, exact screen-to-product color matching, or suitability for every person. WRAZIGHT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such limits are lawful. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Rule changes and questions

We may revise these Bench Rules by posting an updated version and date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to support@wrazight.com.
