WRAZIGHT Return Policy — Finish Review

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The Finish Review explains how to request a change-of-mind return or report an incorrect, damaged, faulty, or incomplete product. Contact WRAZIGHT before mailing anything so eligibility and the correct route can be reviewed.

Review point 1 — open a request

Email support@wrazight.com within 21 days after delivery. Include the order number, product and variant, reason, requested outcome, and useful photographs. A message opens review; it does not automatically authorize a return.

Review point 2 — preserve condition

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, a change-of-mind item must be unused, unworn, unopened, complete, in original sealed packaging, with tags, protective films, instructions, and included parts intact, and suitable for resale. Testing, fitting, charging, installing, styling, or applying a product may count as use.

Review point 3 — hygiene and altered goods

Opened or used press-on nails, nail adhesives, personal-care patches, and other personal-use accessories may be ineligible for change-of-mind return for hygiene or safety reasons. Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, washed, colored, exposed to fragrance, or altered may be ineligible. Used training heads and nail lamps showing installation, charging, or wear may not qualify for change of mind. These limits do not remove rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or wrongly supplied goods.

Review point 4 — exclusions

Gift cards, customized products, products marked final sale, and goods restricted from return by health, safety, or law are ordinarily not returnable for change of mind. Promotional sets may need to be returned complete. Ask before opening an item if return eligibility is uncertain.

Review point 5 — seller error or damage

Report visible damage, missing pieces, or an incorrect product within 5 days after delivery when practical. Keep all labels and packaging. After review, we may offer a suitable replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy consistent with the facts and applicable consumer law.

Review point 6 — authorized travel

Do not ship a return until instructions are issued. Approved instructions identify the method and destination. For an eligible change-of-mind return, postage and non-refundable original delivery charges may be the customer’s responsibility where allowed. For a verified seller error or qualifying fault, we will explain the remedy and any covered route.

Review point 7 — inspection and funds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. When approved, a refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 5–12 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may need extra posting time. Any lawful refusal or condition-related deduction will be explained.

Cancellations and exchanges

Cancellation requests should be sent quickly but cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Direct exchanges may not always be available; an approved return followed by a new order may be the practical route. Mandatory consumer, warranty, refund, and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
